COMPRESSOR FLUID

EZ 1000 is made from synthetic
food grade base stocks and it is
formulated with specialized food
grade approved additives that
meet FDA H-1 requirements
(21 CFR 178.3570).

GENERAL APPLICATION
EZ 1000 is safe to use in most breathing air applications and meets FDA 21CFR178.3570 requirements for food applications. Its extraordinary antioxidants help give it exceptionally long life in many applications. However, fluid sampling is recommended to determine actual operating life in each application.

AVAILABILITY
EZ 1000 Breathing Air Compressor Fluid is available in I gal. jugs, 5 gal. pails and 55 gal. drums.

CONVERSION PROCEDURES
EZ 1000 Breathing Air Compressor Fluid uses specialized additives which act in a synergistic way with the base stock. Products with normal additives reduce the service life of the fluid. Therefore, it is important when changing the compressor fluid to drain as much of the old fluid as possible. In cases where the previous fill can not be drained completely, the compressor should be flushed before the extended life qualities of EZ 1000 Breathing Air Compressor Fluid can be fully realized. Heavily
varnished compressors should be cleaned with an approved cleaner prior to filling with compressor fluid.
